Sinking into the blahs this morning. I had ideas for One Single Impression. I have photos for Shadow Shot Sunday. But I have a cold and no ambition to go with them. Even posting them seems too much, none-the less visiting 50 to 100 other sites to leave comments. I hate it when I get this way. I took a three hour nap yesterday afternoon and it helped some but I think I need to nap again today... and get back on my earlier to bed schedule. Daylight savings time has messed with me big time this year.
So anyway, I'll post some nice robins, take a nap and do some reiki on an assortment of people and Diane's kitty Mia.
Hope you all have a lovely day. It has warmed up some here... not enough to open the windows, but enough to leave the thermostat down. And there are daffodils and forsythia. Spring is winning. Winter has been deposed.
I hope you have a lovely day! I'm off to take a nap...

Give yourself some time. Spring has been slow to unfold, so it's only natural for that to happen with people too.
Naps on Sundays are the best!
Hope you had a real good nap...relax and go with the flow today. Hope you're feeling brighter soon.
some very good advice has already been posted, so I will just add that I am sorry you are down in the dumps. Take care of yourself and I hope you are better soon.
I feel the same way. We've been working in the yard and garden and now I am hurting now. Just one day at a time.
Love your spring photos. I was able to open the windows in my little travel trailer. Pam and I have been planting all day, bulbs, pompus grass, and the garden. I put marigolds and zennias between the tomato plants. Also planted eggplants. Just hope they grow.
Hang in there and enjoy your nap. Candace
Loved the pictures.
Take it easy we need the wordzzle person in good shape.
Hi Raven,
Sorry you aren't feeling well. Hang in there I had the same thing last week and it really does change your outlook. But it is so much better after it is over.
Hugs, Euphoria
The three Robin pictures at the bottom are spectacular. I especially like the one with the mohawk.
Maybe once you can open the windows all your cobwebs will blow away and your ambition will return.
Sorry to hear that you are in the doldrums. Transitions are tricky. Especially when there are tacit expectations of cheeriness. Be gentle with yourself.
Lovely photos of renewal! Hope you are feeling better soon.
sleep, sleep, sleep, exercise a bit and maybe get some sun. will do a world of good. feel better soon! love the pics btw.
the robin photos are wonderful!!
Mia thanks you for all the attention and energy you're giving her - I thank you too
Beautiful pictures, but I know what you mean. It's because the weather keeps teasing us.

I love birds!!!
If a robin isn't a harbinger of spring, I don't know what is. We had more snow on Saturday. Hopefully, the last of the season. (I feel a little guilty saying that, since we always need moisture in the high desert.)
