Shadow Shot Sunday

Hey Harriet's Shadow Shot Sunday is celebrating it's 1st birthday so I'm glad that I have managed to get my act sort of together. As usual, I'm posting too many photos. As you can see, my lawn has needed mowing. It had gotten so tall that I couldn't see the birds while they were hopping around snacking on worms and other bird treats. Made for some cool shadows, though.

Happy Sunday!

And Congrats to Hey Harriet on One Year of Shadow Shots

Mowing the lawn is the pits. Ick! If left up to me, mine would never be done! And as you've shown here, long grass is much more intersting and fun anyway :) A great collection of shadow shots. Thanks heaps for the congrats. And of course thanks heaps for playing along!

Dear Raven,
I like the touch of wilderness in your lawn. Ours looks about the same, only with big dandelions added.

You can never post too many pictures. Each tells an interesting story.
I like the shadow picture of one of you cats.
I am not able to tell if it is Tara or Angel though.

Your yard is my kind of yard--very natural! Great bunch of shadow shots--my faves are the dandelion and hosta, and the "eye" in the birch bark tree trunk. Thanks for your comments on my blog too! Happy Sunday!

Why is the tree starring at me? It looks like many people are in it or perhaps it is a portal and that is the peephole they are all looking through before deciding to invade?
Love the rest of the pics.
