Amuse Your Inner Artist

My niece Cindy posted this Jackson Pollock.org site a while back. It gives you a chance to play Jackson Pollock... sort of... or just to fart around for a while. I have to admit that I'm not much of a Jackson Pollock fan - pr an artist (clearly) but I had fun playing anyway. Here are a few of my less hideous creations. I have to add a caveat here. This is mindlessly easy but also kind of frustrating in some ways because you don't have a lot of control over where/how it comes out...

I like the plain green one the best. It looks like a balloon family outing. It looks like something horrible may have happened to Grandpa Balloon, but he was always full of hot air anyway ....

Thom - no talent required at all... the mouse just drops color as you move it.

Quilly - I like the green one best too, but I thought the multi-colored were more "pollucky."

I found that site about 12 months ago and had such fun on it! I daren't go on it now as the time just flys too quickly. :)

PS did you find out that if you take your cursor to below the page and hold the control key down you can move the cursor without dropping paint to start drawing somewhere else on the page?

Akelamalu - Thanks so much for that last information. Now I have to go back and try again. Too cool.

This looks very cool and I'm going to check this out.
I like the green one. It's like an inkspot test of sorts.
The last is my favorite. The colors terrific together.
Ok, I'm going to make my own. This could be my post tomorrow - I have no ideas so far. :)
