I just watched it again and it just makes me happy so I want to spread it around - great find, thanks again. it's a gray, starting to snow/ice day and this is lovely.
Thanks for visiting. Really is an amazing little video isn't it? I got it in an email from a 92 year old second cousin.
I have fond memories of Minnesota. I lived in Minneapolis for about 2 months back in 1978. Met some of the nicest, kindest people ever. I'm sure it's a very different city almost 30 years later. Egad! Thirty years. Now I'm depressed.
Didn't mean to suggest that the PEOPLE had changed... just the city. Think I have read over the years that some big old landmarks are gone and new things built. Hope the tunnel system is still there... I thought that was such a brilliant idea for a place that gets so cold. Lucky for me, I was there in the Spring.
I'm 70 years old going on twelve or sometimes 6, it depends on the day. Then again, sometimes I feel like I'm 110. I'm agoraphobic, permanently disabled. I live an odd life, but a relatively happy one. I have two cats, Merlin and Melissa. They are brother and sister and therefore known (it's a joke) as The Twins. They were 3 years old on May 7th.

I saw the video from Dianne's blog. It is one of the most amazing videos I've seen and have passed it on to my friends. Thanks for sharing it.

Raven: We are still a pretty nice group of people. We have grown as most cities do but we still have the Minnesota niceness we are know for.
