More Fall Foliage - Installment 3

(PLease scroll down for the Saturday Wordzzle Challenge.)

Well, I have gazillions of pictures of foliage. What I lack in quality, I make up for in quantity. Even with their imperfections, I think those of you in foliage free zones can see what an extra-ordinarily beautiful season this is. The economy may be a mess, the political speech may be ugly, but Mother Nature is giving her all to heal the heart and eye. I don't think I have ever seen so much lavish color in all my 61 years. At any rate, I am taking joy and comfort in the beauty and sharing it as best I can. I wish you could see the real thing, the sun coming through the leaves of the 10th picture down is like rubies in the sun. I've tried over and over to capture it and can't get the real beauty. But I'll keep trying. Meanwhile I hope these give you pleasure.

You really are blessed with views from every window, aren't you?! Just beautiful! I do love the 10th one down...I can imagine who special it is in person! Glad you're doing a photo-journal of it all.

Those are beautiful Raven. I think Chicklet and I need to go out and enjoy nature. Maybe I'll have great pictures of my own to share.

Once again I thank you for sharing these WONDERFUL ‘fall photos’ … especially on behalf of those (like me) who are deprived of such first-hand views. The colors are AMAZING! You must be surrounded by this glory ;--)

Although I don’t comment on them, I also appreciate the political links and videos. I’ve watched and read them all with interest and feel more informed because of them. I pray ‘common sense’ will prevail and that we’ll end up with the kind of change we need in America to regain ‘right standing’ and credibility in the world.
Hugs and blessings,

Raven,
I could have sworn I had commented here. I think when I signed in last night I was so tired I didn't read like I normally do and after signing I left - shame on me.
I see the wood eagle really well now - it is so cool.
Your hillside is gorgeous. The reds are out there more. I went for a drive yesteday but didn't take any pictures yet.
