Project Looking Through

The magnificent, witty and talented Dianne at Forks Off the Moment has been participating in something called Project Looking Through hosted by Mark, whose blog is called Regular Life.

I thought I'd participate too. I feel a bit guilty because this project favors Angel who spends much of her life "looking through" and dreaming about what's on the other side. Tara Grace who lived long and hard on the other side can't see very well as a result of days out in the big world. She glances out from time to time, but she would rather sleep or circle the room yelling at me than waste her time peering out windows and doors.

Awww, they are cute! Those shots are so appropriate for PLT too. And if you joined Anna's project green, you could have combined them since you have green curtains. (Sorry, I'm obsessed w/green today, lol!)

Aww.. so cute. Makes you wonder exactly what Angel is thinking doesn't it. Like, What's that...and that...and whoa...what's that?? :)

I know what you mean. Love having pets but as the look out windows, feel a built guilty for having them in captivity. Then again, they have it pretty comfy! No digging through dumpsters or fending off attacks, etc. Thanks for stopping by Spatter...

Raven, thanks so much for your kind words on my blog. Also thanks for the link that I see on the left. I love your looking through post today. Cats really do have a way of "looking through" Mine are usually hanging from the screen looking in.. lol thanks for sharing.

Oy, the same situation as in my PLT -Take Two has. So I understand a little bit cats soul I think.
BTW, we did let our cat THE FIRST TIME OUT that day...she disappeared towards the forest for 3 hrs and we were very worried, but of course, then she was back. This day changed her more nicer and faithful friend, she was purring all the time and keeping near us. May-be she saw smth awful?

And thank you visiting my green pic!

Raven, but I think she's looking at something... A nice peaceful, spectator life. That's okay! :D

Hi everybody... thanks so much for visiting and for your comments. I wasn't clear in my post. I don't feel guilty for keeping Angel in, only for showing her off and not having pictures of her sister-kitty, Tara Grace too.

Angel is the kind of kitty who is a) very very smart b) very very curious, c) very very stupid when she is curious. She wants to know everything and see everything. BUT She would walk off a cliff, run in front of a truck or end up stuck in a tree without thinking maybe it wasn't such a good idea. And then there'd be no Angel and I'd be very sad. She was rescued very young half drowned and covered in cow poop. There are lots of abandonned kitties where I lived at the time so initially we assumed someone had dumped her. After getting to know her, I know quite well, that she got herself into that mess.

She's a love bug. She gives the best hugs in the world.

That's my treatise on Angel. Sorry. She's pretty happy by and large, I think.

So cute - I have two. One (Heidi) who peaks out the doors and windows ALL the time and then my Smokey who is 17 and hangs out in the garage even when the door is open.

Thanking for coming by and leaving nice comments!

I love the tilt of Angel's head on the first one. and her haunches look downright threatening in the next - isn't it funny how they sit like that!? Siren can do it for hours and my son always says the same thing - "he just doesn't look comfortable"

Thankfully catsx in Jamaica don't have this problem. My cats are in and out as they desire. Unfortunately that also means that they trek dirt and mud inside. It also means that fromm time to time they'll decide to be very generous and bring in little live gifts.
