Is the ‘bunny’ a wild critter? He looks like he’s posing.
I've shared a collage of flowers from my yard at Small Reflections and a 'deserted' stretch of beach with a Haiku (for a combined WW/OSI post) at Sacred Ruminations today.
Love the critters! Mr. Woody K. Nibs would make short work of those bunnies and birds though. He is the fierce hunter who lives at my house with me and Ginger, the dog!
Hi Raven! Your kitties are quite beautiful! We have seen many critters, but we have never seen a real live bunny yet! We think they would be fun to chase, too.
Thank you everybody for visiting and for your kind words... Responses to specific questions:
the teach - the grey (green-eyed) cat is Tara Grace. I've posted her story a month or so back. She is a rescued kitty and had a very traumatic start in life. She is a very complex spirit. Angel (the calico) is also rescued. Not so complex emotionally. Alternately a bundle of love and a bundle of trouble.
storyteller - it is a wild bunny... It sat just barely in camera range torturing me. The pictures are a touch fuzzy because he/she was so far, far away at the end of the yard and in shadow.
gandalf and grayson - Angel and Tara think you're very stunning kitties too. Angel would probably want to make friends with the bunny. Tara I don't think would care. She spent too much hard time living abandoned and abused. Outdoors holds no interest for her.
peppy lady - just the two cats are pets... or as I like to think of them "four-legged companions."
Such gorgeous kitties and I love the close up photos-you capture them so well!
I have been MIA for a bit-lots of busy-ness abounds. I hope to get around to read and visiting blogs a bit more over the weekend. I have to catch up on your entries!
I'm 70 years old going on twelve or sometimes 6, it depends on the day. Then again, sometimes I feel like I'm 110. I'm agoraphobic, permanently disabled. I live an odd life, but a relatively happy one. I have two cats, Merlin and Melissa. They are brother and sister and therefore known (it's a joke) as The Twins. They were 3 years old on May 7th.
