This week's prompt for One Single Impression was "folly." Not a lot of inspiration today, just these three, the third one added late. None of them thrills me, I'm afraid.
there is the cat - reminds me of Siren the day he arrived here - he went under the computer server, amidst all the connections and didn't come out for hours
Well, Raven, as you often say "when all else fails, you can't go wrong with a photo of a cat"! LOL!
I know what you mean, I really had not much in the way of inspiration for folly, so I asked myself what I thought my own greatest example of poor judgment had had been. Clearly, that answer came quickly!
Raven, Well done, both. I love the cat photo and the understated thoughts with him or her. Lots of fun. Lots of frustration with W, too. Let's hope the tide turns in--wow--several weeks.
Ah Raven … I think all 3 are excellent! Such diversity … in the trio, but my fav is the second for sure (though #1 and 3 are certainly true). Thanks for stopping by my 1st effort at Small Reflections yesterday. I participated for a second time at this link Sacred Ruminations yesterday afternoon. Hope you’re having a lovely day. Hugs and blessings,
I'm 70 years old going on twelve or sometimes 6, it depends on the day. Then again, sometimes I feel like I'm 110. I'm agoraphobic, permanently disabled. I live an odd life, but a relatively happy one. I have two cats, Merlin and Melissa. They are brother and sister and therefore known (it's a joke) as The Twins. They were 3 years old on May 7th.

I, too, thought of the political world when I wrote my response this week. George the Second brings out dark thoughts!
Great post! So much truth!
Oh I think they were great.
I love seeing the kitty playing. A great ku caption for her.
I'm holding my tongue. Instead I'll just smile. :)
Folly being wisdom's baby steps is quite a nifty comment!
