Kitchen Pictures!!!!!!

(Please scroll down for the Saturday Wordzzle Challenge.)

Nate and Dan came by with my camera and Dan graciously climbed over the barricade which not only keeps Angel and Tara Grace out of the kitchen but me as well and took a bunch of photos.... Yippee! The flash kind of washed the blue walls out a bit, but still... you can get an idea. I had him take pictures of the cabinets inside too. I wish you could feel how easily the drawers slide in and out. So awesome. I'm not putting them in any logical order because I'm both too lazy and too excited to share them.

Just couple of quick reminders of what was before!

And now it looks like this!!!

This pantry is in what was formerly pretty much dead space,
with shelves on the wall opposite that were falling down.

I love the lazy susan in the corner space
That space was just a hole before!

The washing machine and dryer (if I ever get one) will go on this wall.

Isn't the floor wonderful?

So many of the cabinets have these wonderful pull out shelves.

Really looking forward to having a sink again!

Microwave will go here right across from the fridge.

Can't wait for the counter tops and sink and all the final touches.

That's it for now!

WOW! What a difference! Maaan alive! Oh Raven -- it is beautiful! I can't wait to see the countertops on too... that will really be the finishing touch! That floor is realllly nice - I LOVE it! My cabinets have the middle shelf slides out - but the bottom doesn't -- that is really nice because I still have to get down on all 4's to find something that's snuck to the back of my cabinets! What in the WORLD are you gonna DO with all that cabinet space!? LOL! .... if you're like me, it will be full in no time! But if you have any leftover, can I borrow it? I'm in search of nooks right now!

What an amazing difference. You must feel like it's your birthday and Christmas all wrapped into one!

I am also thrilled that your camera is once again working and in your hands! It sounds like you had an all around great day.

Hi, I was doing a search on a book I'm reading, I COME AS A BROTHER, and came across your site. Your face was so familiar that I scrolled a little more and came across the HEALING HANDS site. I just wanted to say the the negative image of the hands was really cool. Thanks
Linda

Wow, you must be so excited! This looks like a wonderful space and all of the nooks and crannies you have for space are terrific. The floor is really nice too! Enjoy deciding where all of your dishes and all will go (that is the fun part to me). Congratulations!

Your kitchen is shaping up really nice! You will love those pull out shelves. Everyone ought to have them, I would like some (I can't get down on either knee anymore).
Your floor is real pretty too! And it looks like you have a new back door with a big window! The cats will like that of if you get them a little sitting place.

I do love the floor - that is so me.
And your camera - Nate and Dan are wonderful friends to have!

I've been pretty slow getting to all the blogs this weekend and tonight I'm running a small fever but I think I'm caught up and I'll try to be present more this week.
I do love your joy for your new kitchen and bath. :)
