Project Blue, Take Eight: Clouds and Blue Skies
Today is day eight of Anna Carson's Project Blue. Feeling kind of blah and uncreative and unhappy with these clouds/blue skies (except the last one which I really like). I don't know why I am pretty much incapable of posting only one picture, one poem, one anything despite the fact that less is often more. Hope you all have a lovely day with only the prettiest of clouds and no rain (unless you need rain in which case I hope you get rain).

I never get tired of patchy clouds against a brilliant blue sky. I have a few saved in my archive. They'll surface if I have trouble coming up with a post. Yours here are wonderful.
I agree - these are wonderful!
Especially the first one - the shadowed green of that mighty tree against the light blue sky is beautiful.
Don't be unhappy with these, they are as the others said "wonderful". Those trees in the first photo look absolutely huge. I caught up with your last few project blues as well and in particular love the bear and the pretty blue glass birds. :0)

Oh, I forgot! Did you see the glass blue birds on my page? Very similar to yours....They were given to me by a friend at church just last week because he had seen the posts of the real bluebird that has been banging against my windows! He finally picked one of our bluebird houses and brought his mate...they started on the next yesterday...so there will be more posts soon!

Never too many sky and cloud photos for me. I can't decide if I like the middle or last one the best - both are gorgeous.
I want to be able to just post one too - I don't know how we can do that either!! LOL
My brother-in-law once told me that that while living on the West Coast, we would get a lot of blue skies and sunny days, that you long for a cloudy or rainy day more than you think you would.
And I find that I do miss the cloudiness and overcast days, but brilliant blue skies and white clouds are never boring and always enjoyable photo subjects. You did a lovely job.
Although I haven't commented, I am enjoying your blue streak and blogs!
