Ruby Tuesday

(Please scroll down to read the first two installments of my serial short story. The final installment will post at 5 minutes after midnight tonight.)

It's Ruby Tuesday- hosted by Mary/ the Teach at Work of the Poet . I was going to take the week off because I don't have a lot of Christmas themed material and I posted something else too, but then I decided to play anyway. Please make sure to visit all the wonderful photographers from around the world who explore the world of reds.

Angel Joy with the neighbors Christmas lights behind her.
Taking a rare break from being naughty.

An attempt to be creative and take a picture of the fiber optics in the dark. An attempt.

This is the Christmas moose!

He sits under my tree every year, looking silly. This tree is a touch (only a touch) more elegant than my last one which was apparently designed to be hideous. I loved that tree.

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

"...apparently designed to be hideous. I loved that tree." Isn't that the truth? So often it's the humbler, ungainly things that bring us comfort.

:o)

Gotta love those Charlie Brown trees. I guess I just identify with them.

Yeah, that must be it.

Love the moose and the kitty. I enjoy the kitty, even if she doesn't care to be photographed.

The moose/mistletoe combination is perfect as a holiday motif. The cat at the red candle is also great. Red is perfect in December!

Angel Joy,-what a perfect Christmas name, doesn't seem naughty at all.
Well, she just might have that artificial nice look all human put on, begging for goodies.

Christmas tree in the dark,- creative indeed.
The moose with Ruby nostrils was so Ruby Tuesdayish.

I'll come back after midnight for more Diana reading.

You are so talented! You play the piano, take great photos, write beautiful and have a great attitude. I wish I had your attitude. Will come back to read Diana when I have more time. Great Ruby Tuesday. I love your cats too. Blessings...

Hi Katherine, your Christmas moose doesn't look unhappy under the new tree. I remember when you told about getting it given to you.
Do you still have the old one?
Mom's old paper folding tree sold for over a hundred dollars at Dad's auction.
Happy Ruby Tuesday! I'm finally up and running on my JIM'S LITTLE BLOG tonight (late).

Methinks I missed you for Ruby Tuesday, but I believe you dropped by my new Happily Retired Gal blog ... so thanks. I'm feeling STRETCHED to the limit at the moment, but it's interesting to learn about WordPress too. I don't recall if you dropped by Sacred Ruminations yesterday, but there's a hilarious holiday video guaranteed to make you smile and perhaps even laugh aloud posted there whenever time permits.
Hugs and blessings,
