Kind of a re-run of last week... bits of red amid the yellows and greens of Fall....
Some things I'm grateful for today:
- indoor plumbing
- my cats
- Fall Colors
- All colors
- electricity
- coffee
- yogurt
- sesame chips
- thermal windows
- my camera
- my friends
- my nieces & nephew
- Life

I wouldn't normally mix something like this in with Ruby Tuesday, but couldn't find this video to post, and I think this is a story that should be seen by as many people as possible. Any Americans thinking of not voting, or of voting for the Tea Party folks, please watch this video about the Tennesee community whose Libertarian values allowed someone's home to burn to the ground with 4 animals inside because he hadn't paid a special $75 fee. When the fire spread to the neighbor's home, they came and doused that fire but refused to take any action for his neighbor. Over $75. This is the promise of the libertarians and the Tea Party. It scares me. ***********
Have a Wonderful Day
May You be Wrapped in Beauty

Ruby is one of autumn's many colors. Beautiful pictures.
Wow, look how much your hillside has changed in a week!
We don't have the reds so much yet but it has been cooler the last few days so maybe that will help.
When I see your gratitude lists I always stop and think if I've been thankful each day.
What a big groundhog the guy below is.
Beautiful fall colors. I don't miss winter at all, but I do miss the fall foliage.

I'm impressed by your mighty hillside view.
Makes me want to go home, to my birthplace that is.
I'm scared when a democracy is reduced to freedom to avoid taxes and let the poor people look out for themselves.
A quotation from Anatole France ( translated by me).
"The Law is equal to everybody. It forbids both rich and poor to sleep under the bridges".
I love those fall colors, too. I enjoyed your list...I am picturing your nieces and nephews in my mind.
