Just Some Pictures

I'm an awful blogger right now and an even worse blog friend. Just can't seem to get myself to do anything. But in case anybody is still dropping by, here are some pictures from the back door. Delaware Opportunities came with 10 (ten!) construction guys and walked through the house. They have now made bids and a decision will be made probably by Thursday and then it takes another week to get State approval and then the next steps depend on when whoever gets selected is available. I'm hoping they are available soon, but it will happen when it happens and I try to remind myself that everything happens exactly as it is meant to.

Want to recommend a book to everyone. It's called the Alchemist. My niece Cindy gave me a gift certificate from Amazon.com and I used it to get myself the audio book as numerous people had recommended the book and my eyes have been bothering me a bit and it was on sale and and and... Anyway. BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL book. I highly recommend it.

Here are some pictures...

Is it The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho? I loved that one, too.

Amazing how many animals keep coming right up to your house. The birds are so cute.

Great pictures.
If I didn't have this stack of unread books I would order it.

Your pictures are wonderful. I especially like the last one... sweet little bird. My daughter gave me that book, but I have yet to read it. Maybe I can get to it soon. I've heard great things about it.

The pictures you get through your back door are amazing Raven - believe it.
The butterfly shot is stunning!
The rabbit looks like he is posing for you - maybe he is!

Hope the construction starts soon so it can be completed before winter. :)

Raven: I feel this is a special Gift you have with the camera. Few people know just what it takes to get a really good photo that speaks to the heart. You do. Do not think you are a bad blogger or friend to us. In fact, Dr. John and Sandi are on the same page with me. I have a living room table with two book manuscripts waiting to be updated. First things first, Raven . YOU ROCK! Sending you smiles! :D)

Dear Raven,
It's hard to be kept waiting, even when one's waiting for something good.
It's like one dare not even believe it's going to happen before the work is actually done.
I'll say a prayer for you just now.

It must have been a true ordeal to have 10 people in the flat at one time.
I'd rather been flattened by a steam roller.

I like Paolo Coelho .I also have enjoyed another book by him; his book about Santiago del Compostela. I actually have both friends and relative who have made the pilgrimage from France to Spain after reading this book.

They all are quite exited after being there.

I've have a cousin guest who traveled further this morning.
Think I'm going to bed once ore.

PS I love your garden pictures. The bunny in particular.

Wish I had legs and back to make the journey.
