If you have nothing to say, don't say anything.
OK... This is a cop out. I don't have anything to say, so I'm pretending that my sage advice is to not say anything. This way I get to have a daily reminder even though I haven't said anything. It's not totally bad advice, though, is it?
Some things I'm grateful for today:

- a forgiving stomach
- another beautiful cool summer day
- teddy bears
