Skywatch Friday

This is my 6th time participating in Skywatch Friday Kind of a lot of the same thing.... no nice pink skies this week - or none that I got pictures of.

Sky Watch Friday is hosted by Tom at Welcome to Wigger's World and I hope you'll make it a point to visit his wonderful site as well. He takes awesome photos.

Doesn't this one look like a heart? It was clearer in real life than it is in the picture.

You always put up such a great collection of photos. Since I enjoy picking one or two out of the group, I'll go with the one with the bit of tree in the bottom left corner and a branches of a tree on the right, with cotton candy clouds; then the one directly under, with a house peeking up, a threatening sky, a forest of trees to the horizon line, and a tree on the left.

Lovely and interesting collection of photos. I think my favorite is the 7th one, with the tree branches. Nice captures for Sky Watch!

First I do see the heart. Second, sometimes blue is just as beautiful as pink. You did a great job and a nice collection.
Cheers

Even with no pink in the sky you got some good ones. My favorite is the one with the bird. Nice job!

The final shot and the bird are so good - very pleasing.

beautiful photos!
have a nice weekend!

Dear Raven,
The photos from "the great sky painter" are gorgeous.
If they were painted by you (or me) the critics would have called them unnatural.
Is that not something to think about.
The sky is so much more varied than any earthly artist can express.
Good for us we live in the time of photography.

Nice skies! And yes, I do see the heart. I think that one could inspire a poem or a song or something - seeing it as "captive" behind the wires or "bound" by them. Lots of metaphor there! Beautiful shots all, thanks.

I love them all! the way you frame the sky is incredible.

An artist's eye :)

These are all lovely. Isn’t it amazing how the sky changes so quickly? Thanks for sharing your view ;--)

Hi Raven,
I'm slow getting around this week. You have a lot of great sky shots here. There's that one where the clouds look like they are extensions of the tree branches. Very cool. Hope your weekend is going well. I'm off to a wedding. Enjoy...
