Daily Reminder # 404

Well, today is my 64th birthday.  I am astonished to find myself that old, especially since in some ways I feel more like I'm 12 and in other ways more like I'm 110. Still, a birthday is a birthday. I've always liked the song, "When I'm 64." Actually BEING 64 seems like a good excuse to share it. So far my 64th year has started with lots of lovely good wishes. Now if Publisher's Clearinghouse and the Creative Forces of the Universe conspire to bring me my truckload of money or my PCH checks that would just be icing on the cake. The imaginary cake this year, I guess, since I don't have one. Perhaps I will do what one of my nieces does and celebrate "birthday season."  For those of you whose birthday it isn't today, may you have a very merry unbirthday. A whole year full of them, for that matter.  That said, the back yard gave me some sparrows today and a blue jay. And flowers.

Some things I'm grateful for today: (Items in red are pre-gratitude, an attempt to inspire the Creative Forces of the Universe to manifest lots of cool, desired and needed items to ease and enrich my life. Pure greed on my part. It has taken me 60 plus years to work on permitting myself to want things. I'm enjoying the game of doing so, though I wish the Universe would get cracking on it's delivery system.)
